David D’Ambrosio

David’s career in real estate began with Doberstein Lemburg Commercial, Inc. in 2018. He started in property management and maintenance and quickly learned the behind-the-scenes operations of real estate. Shortly after, David launched into his career as a broker in 2020. David has experience with tenant and landlord representation and he has assisted in successfully brokering syndicated transactions involving multiple investors.

Before beginning a career in real estate, David worked as a general manager helping an auto detailing facility in Northern Colorado establish a prestigious reputation and brand. His career experience also extends to the music industry as he wrote, recorded, and oversaw the production of two albums, and organized and booked multiple performances throughout Colorado. David still writes and plays music in his spare time and he enjoys time outdoors, camping, hiking, 4-wheeling, and hunting.
