Larry gained experienced in commercial real estate through ownership and development in the healthcare market segment in the 1970s.  He was a practicing pharmacist and developed five different pharmacy locations and a hospital/clinic pharmacy service in Northern Wisconsin.

In 1998, Larry’s career turned its focus to real estate development where he completed several projects including a 12,000 sf office complex in Windsor, a 11,500 sf office/retail complex in Fort Collins with a C-Store location, 12 residential home builds in Greeley and Windsor and an assembly of land and water for a 500 home residential development in Northern Colorado.
